Veggie Sandwich with Traditional Hummus

Boar's Head Brand® Traditional Hummus4
Gluten free sourdough, toasted¼cup
Broccoli sprouts¼cup
Organic spinach1
Hard boiled egg, sliced⅓cup
Cucumber⅛
Red Onion, sliced thin¼
Avocado, slicedInstructions
- 01Spread hummus on each toasted slice of bread.
- 02Layer two slices of bread with broccoli sprouts, spinach, hard boiled egg, cucumber, onion and avocado.
- 03Top each slice with remaining bread slices.
