Veggie Sandwich with Traditional Hummus

Having an afternoon picnic? Bring a sandwich sophisticated enough to eat with your pinky up. Filled with our spreadable, creamy Traditional Hummus, and crunchy vegetables on gluten free sourdough, this sandwich will have you looking forward to lunch.

Ingredients

Boar's Head Brand® Traditional Hummus

Gluten free sourdough, toasted
¼cup
Broccoli sprouts
¼cup
Organic spinach
1
Hard boiled egg, sliced
cup
Cucumber
Red Onion, sliced thin
¼
Avocado, sliced

Instructions


  1. 01Spread hummus on each toasted slice of bread.
  2. 02Layer two slices of bread with broccoli sprouts, spinach, hard boiled egg, cucumber, onion and avocado.
  3. 03Top each slice with remaining bread slices.
  4. 04Enjoy!
