Chicago-Style Hot Dog

Nothing beats a Chicago-style hot dog. Load a poppy seed hot dog bun with the savory flavors of a classic Beef Frankfurters paired with a garden of toppings. Don't forget the classic Kosher Dill Pickle Spear and drizzle of Yellow Mustard to finish it out.

Boar's Head® Uncured Beef Frankfurters

Poppy seed hot dog bun
½
White onion, chopped
½cup
Sweet pickle relish

Boar's Head Kosher Dill Pickle

Large Tomato, sliced

Hot bell pepper
 
Dash Celery salt
 
Boar’s Head® 54% Lower Sodium Yellow Mustard, for topping

Instructions


  1. 01Open the package of the Uncured Frankfurters and place individual franks on the grill and grill to your desired preference.
  2. 02Lightly grill your hot dog buns until they are toasted.
  3. 03Place a tomato slice and pickle spear in each bun.
  4. 04Place the franks into the lightly grilled buns and top with sweet pickle relish, white onion, hot bell pepper and a dash of celery salt. Drizzle the top with yellow mustard.
