Chicago-Style Hot Dog
Nothing beats a Chicago-style hot dog. Load a poppy seed hot dog bun with the savory flavors of a classic Beef Frankfurters paired with a garden of toppings. Don't forget the classic Kosher Dill Pickle Spear and drizzle of Yellow Mustard to finish it out.

Boar's Head® Uncured Beef Frankfurters7
Poppy seed hot dog bun½
White onion, chopped½cup
Sweet pickle relish7
Boar's Head Kosher Dill Pickle1
Large Tomato, sliced7
Hot bell pepperInstructions
- 01Open the package of the Uncured Frankfurters and place individual franks on the grill and grill to your desired preference.
- 02Lightly grill your hot dog buns until they are toasted.
- 03Place a tomato slice and pickle spear in each bun.
- 04Place the franks into the lightly grilled buns and top with sweet pickle relish, white onion, hot bell pepper and a dash of celery salt. Drizzle the top with yellow mustard.
