Balance our EverRoast Oven Roasted Chicken Breast with a dollop of our Tzatziki Greek Yogurt Dip, Traditional Hummus, crumbled Creamy Feta Cheese for a healthy and refreshing bowl.
- Cook the farro or quinoa to the package directions; allow to cool to room temperature.
- Slice all vegetables accordingly and set aside.
- Add the farro or quinoa to a bowl then arrange the vegetables, chicken, pita, and hummus on top.
- Sprinkle with feta cheese and a dollop of Tzatziki sauce.
