- One two slices of wheat bread, spread mustard on the bottom slice and onion jam on the top slice.
- Add the sliced chicken and cheese to the sandwich.
- In a panini press, close the sandwich and toast for one to two minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
- Open the sandwich and place handful of spinach over the melted cheese.
- Slice and enjoy!
