FireSmith Flame Grilled Chicken, Goat Cheese & Onion Jam Panini



  1. One two slices of wheat bread, spread mustard on the bottom slice and onion jam on the top slice.
  2. Add the sliced chicken and cheese to the sandwich.
  3. In a panini press, close the sandwich and toast for one to two minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
  4. Open the sandwich and place handful of spinach over the melted cheese.
  5. Slice and enjoy!
