Greek Orzo Pasta Salad with Roasted Garlic Hummus

Serve a summertime side as refreshing as the sea. Filled with fresh, crisp veggies and blanketed in Roasted Garlic Hummus, your guests will enjoy every light and flavor-filled bite. 



  1. Add cooked orzo to a serving bowl.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, combine olive oil, hummus and lemon juice. Stir until it has a dressing consistency, adding water or olive oil as needed. Add to orzo and toss until well combined.
  3. Fold in tomatoes, cucumber, red onion and kalamata olives.
  4. Garnish with feta cheese, mint and salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve cold.
