Philly Cheese Brats
These hearty brats are sure to bring the house down—whether at a backyard cookout or a night in with the family. Inspired by the well-loved flavor of the Philly Cheesesteak, these masterfully grilled Boar's Head Bratwursts are loaded with sauteéd onions, green peppers, mushrooms and melted creamy Provolone Cheese.
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add peppers, onions and mushrooms and sauté until softened.
- Prepare brats according to package directions.
- Load split-top buns with brats, sautéed vegetables and cheese.
