Classic Italian Sub

Try pairing Boar's Head Grande Pepperoni with Hot Dry Capocollo, Genoa Salami, and Picante Provolone Cheese for a comforting and classic Italian sub. 



  1. Place opened roll onto a work surface.
  2. Spread mayo on the bottom half of the roll. Then drizzle with dressing.
  3. Then top with lettuce, tomato, onions, pepperoni, capocollo, genoa, and cheese.
  4. Crown with the top roll.
