Memphis Style Hot Dog
Get the classic, southern barbecue taste of Memphis with this bacon-wrapped Beef Frankfurter, paired with BBQ sauce, Vermont Yellow Cheddar Cheese and onions. The kind of flavor that is good for the soul.

Boar's Head® Uncured Beef Frankfurters7
Boar's Head® Naturally Smoked Bacon, cooked7
Hot dog bun¼cup
BBQ sauce½cup
Boar's Head Vermont Cheddar Cheese, shreddedInstructions
- 01Open the package of the Uncured Frankfurters and place individual franks on the grill and grill to your desired preference.
- 02Lightly grill your hot dog buns until they are toasted.
- 03Spread the BBQ sauce on both sides of each bun. Add a slice of bacon to each bun.
- 04Place the franks into the lightly grilled buns and top with cheddar cheese and green onions for garnish.
