Memphis Style Hot Dog

Get the classic, southern barbecue taste of Memphis with this bacon-wrapped Beef Frankfurter, paired with BBQ sauce, Vermont Yellow Cheddar Cheese and onions. The kind of flavor that is good for the soul.

Boar's Head® Uncured Beef Frankfurters

Boar's Head® Naturally Smoked Bacon, cooked
7
Hot dog bun
¼cup
BBQ sauce
½cup
Boar's Head Vermont Cheddar Cheese, shredded
 
Green onions, chopped for garnish

Instructions


  1. 01Open the package of the Uncured Frankfurters and place individual franks on the grill and grill to your desired preference.
  2. 02Lightly grill your hot dog buns until they are toasted.
  3. 03Spread the BBQ sauce on both sides of each bun. Add a slice of bacon to each bun.
  4. 04Place the franks into the lightly grilled buns and top with cheddar cheese and green onions for garnish.
