Boar's Head Sausage Spread

Boar's Head Blazing Buffalo® Chicken Sausage

Boar’s Head® Delicatessen Style Mustard
1cup
Boar’s Head® 54% Lower Sodium Yellow Mustard
1cup
Boar's Head® Honey Mustard
1package
Sauerkraut
1jar
Boar's Head Kosher Dill Pickle
1Pint
Cherry tomatoes

Large Tomato, sliced

Pickled red onions

Instructions


  1. 01Preheat grill to 400°F or medium heat.
  2. 02Brush sweet bell peppers with olive oil. Set aside.
  3. 03When the grill is fully-heated, placed the bell peppers on, turning them as they grill, until grill marks can be seen on each. About 4-5 minutes per side, for a total of 8-10 minutes. Remove peppers from the grill and set aside.
  4. 04Prepare the chicken sausages according to package instructions.
  5. 05Prep a platter or butcher paper for your spread, then arrange cooked sausages throughout the spread.
  6. 06Fill a small bowl with mustard and another small bowl with sauerkraut and place on the spread. Add a bowl of pickles spears or scatter throughout the board. Sprinkle tomatoes and bell peppers throughout.
  7. 07Top the arrangement with the pickled red onions and enjoy.
