Sonoran Hot Dog

Add southwest flair to your favorite hot dog. Enjoy an Uncured Beef Frankfurter wrapped in Naturally Smoked Bacon and loaded with pinto beans, onion, tomatoes, avocado and a drizzle of Real Mayonnaise. Each bite brings unmatched flavor.

Split-top bun

Large Tomato, diced

Medium Red onion, diced

Avocado, diced
 
Lime, for juicing

Pinto beans, heated
 
Boar's Head® Real Mayonnaise, for drizzling
 
Cilantro, for garnish

Instructions


  1. 01Open the package of the Uncured Frankfurters and place individual franks on the grill and grill to your desired preference.
  2. 02Open the package of the Naturally Smoked Bacon and cook the 7 slices how desired.
  3. 03Lightly grill your hot dog bungs until they are toasted.
  4. 04Place the hot dogs into the lightly grilled buns and top with the tomato, red onion, avocado, lime juice, pinto beans, drizzled mayonnaise and garnish with cilantro.
