- 01Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- 02Remove the Boar's Head® Uncured Beef Frankfurters from the package and place individual franks on the preheated grill. Grill to your desired preference, approximately 4–5 minutes, turning occasionally to ensure even browning.
- 03While the frankfurters grill, open the package of Boar's Head® bacon and cook the slices according to your preference.
- 04Once cooked, immediately wrap each grilled frank with one slice of the warm, crispy bacon slices, securing it snugly around the frankfurter.
- 05Lightly place the split-top hot dog buns on the grill for 1–2 minutes, cut-side down, until warmed and lightly toasted.
- 06While the buns toast, ensure the pinto beans are heated through in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- 07Dice the large ripe tomato and red onion. Dice the ripe avocado and cut the fresh lime into wedges.
- 08Place each bacon-wrapped frank into a toasted split-top bun.
- 09Generously top each hot dog with warm pinto beans, distributing evenly.
- 10Top with diced tomato, red onion, and diced avocado, layering them.
- 11Squeeze a generous amount of fresh lime juice over the toppings. Drizzle each hot dog with Boar's Head® Real Mayonnaise.
- 12Crown each hot dog with fresh cilantro and serve immediately.
