Ingredients: 1 lb Boar's Head EverRoast® Chicken Breast (cut into 1/2 inch cubes); 4 tbsp Scallions (finely diced); 1 cup Celery (diced); 1 cup Craisins; 1 cup Boar's Head Mayonnaise; 4 leaves Bibb lettuce; 4 Croissant

Our EverRoast_® Oven Roasted Chicken Breast is tasty by itself, but it's even better on a chicken salad croissant with our Real Mayonnaise. Top it off with your favorite craisins for some added sweetness.

Boar's Head EverRoast_® Chicken Breast, cut into 1/2 inch cubes

4tbsp

Scallions, finely diced

1cup

Celery, diced

1cup

Craisins

1cup

Boar's Head Mayonnaise

4leaves

Bibb lettuce

Croissant

Instructions

01Place the EverRoast_® Chicken into a large mixing bowl.
02Dice the scallions and celery, and add to the bowl.
03Add the craisins and mayonnaise, and mix the ingredients until fully mixed.
04Place lettuce on bottom of croissant and add two scoops of chicken salad. Top with other half of croissant.
05Repeat process 3 times.
