Frankfurters Mexican Street Corn Style


Boar's Head Frankfurters grilled to just the right temperature, then topped with grilled corn, coijta cheese and Boar's Head Bold Fiery Chipotle Gourmaise to take your backyard barbecue to the next level.

  1. Open the package of the Uncured Frankfurters and place individual franks on the grill and grill to your desired preference.
  2. Lightly grill your hot dog buns until they are toasted.
  3. Grill the ears of corn to your desired preference and once grilled, cut the kernels off the corn cob and place into a bowl.
  4. Spread Boars Head Chipotle Gourmaise on both sides of each bun.
  5. Place the franks into the lightly grilled buns and top with the grilled corn, cotija cheese or queso fresco, cilantro or chives.
