Frankfurters Mexican Street Corn Style

Boar's Head Frankfurters grilled to just the right temperature, then topped with grilled corn, coijta cheese and Boar's Head Bold Fiery Chipotle Gourmaise to take your backyard barbecue to the next level.

Ingredients


1pkg.
Boar's Head Uncured Frankfurters, grilled
1pkg.
Hot Dog Buns
5ears
Corn, fresh grilled
7tbsp
Boar's Head Chipotle Gourmaise®
½
Cotija Cheese or Queso Fresco, Grated
 
Cilantro or Chives, chopped

Instructions


  1. 01Open the package of the Uncured Frankfurters and place individual franks on the grill and grill to your desired preference.
  2. 02Lightly grill your hot dog buns until they are toasted.
  3. 03Grill the ears of corn to your desired preference and once grilled, cut the kernels off the corn cob and place into a bowl.
  4. 04Spread Boar’s Head Chipotle Gourmaise on both sides of each bun.
  5. 05Place the franks into the lightly grilled buns and top with the grilled corn, cotija cheese or queso fresco, cilantro or chives.
