  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil to sauté pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add broccoli, sugar snap peas, carrots, bell pepper, and onion to pan for 5 minutes or until they reach your desired level of tenderness.
  3. Add in stir fry sauce and turkey and toss immediately to combine.
  4. Continue cooking for 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
  5. Remove from heat, add salt & pepper to taste, and serve over white rice.
