BLTA Cheeseburger

Ingredients

Hamburger bun

Hamburger
1oz
Boar's Head® American White Cheese, sliced

Boar's Head® Naturally Smoked Traditional Bacon
½
Avocado, sliced or diced based on preference
1tbsp
Boar’s Head® Garlic Aioli Gourmaise®
 
Fresh arugula or lettuce of choice
1slice
Tomato

Instructions


  1. 01Preheat grill to a medium-high heat. Grill the burgers on a preheated grill and cook 4-5 minutes on the first side until nicely browned. Flip once and continue grilling until desired doneness.
  2. 02Place cheese on the burger the last minute of cooking to allow it to melt.
  3. 03Cook the bacon according to the package directions.
  4. 04Lightly toast bun on the grill.
  5. 05Spread the bottom piece of the bun with garlic aioli, then layer with arugula, avocado and tomato. Then top with hamburger patty and bacon pieces.
  6. 06Top with other half of the bun and enjoy!
