Pastrami Seasoned Turkey Reuben Sandwich

  1. Butter one side of each of the sliced Rye
  2. Toast the Rye on a griddle, butter side down until bread is slightly crispy
  3. On the griddle, warm the sliced Pastrami Turkey and top with the shredded Swiss Cheese
  4. Lay the toasted rye on a clean working surface
  5. Top one slice with the warmed Turkey and melted cheese
  6. Drizzle the Russian Dressing over the melted cheese
  7. Top with the sauerkraut and second slice of toast
  8. Cut in half
  9. Serve warm
