Pastrami Seasoned Turkey Reuben Sandwich
Instructions
- Butter one side of each of the sliced Rye
- Toast the Rye on a griddle, butter side down until bread is slightly crispy
- On the griddle, warm the sliced Pastrami Turkey and top with the shredded Swiss Cheese
- Lay the toasted rye on a clean working surface
- Top one slice with the warmed Turkey and melted cheese
- Drizzle the Russian Dressing over the melted cheese
- Top with the sauerkraut and second slice of toast
- Cut in half
- Serve warm
