Pastrami Seasoned Turkey Reuben Sandwich

Rye Bread
2tbsp
Unsalted Butter
4oz
Boar's Head Pastrami Seasoned Turkey Breast, sliced
3oz
Boar's Head® Foodservice Imported Switzerland Swiss Cheese - sliced, grated
2tbsp
Russian Dressing, prepared
½oz
Boar's Head® Sauerkraut, drained and warmed

Instructions


  1. 01Butter one side of each of the sliced Rye
  2. 02Toast the Rye on a griddle, butter side down until bread is slightly crispy
  3. 03On the griddle, warm the sliced Pastrami Turkey and top with the shredded Swiss Cheese
  4. 04Lay the toasted rye on a clean working surface
  5. 05Top one slice with the warmed Turkey and melted cheese
  6. 06Drizzle the Russian Dressing over the melted cheese
  7. 07Top with the sauerkraut and second slice of toast
  8. 08Cut in half
  9. 09Serve warm
