Our take on a New Orleans favorite. Bold Blackened Turkey with chopped olives and sharp cheeses.
- In a small bowl, mix together the green and black olives, set aside.
- Place opened rolls onto a work surface.
- Top the bottom of each roll with olive mixture, Swiss, provolone, and Blackened Turkey.
- Crown with the top of each roll.
