EverRoast® Chicken Parmigiana
A classic Italian-American dish, exceptionally balanced by the combined richness of Boar’s Head EverRoast® Chicken and Mozzarella Cheese.
Ingredients
½lb
Spaghetti4tsp
Butter, melted½cup
Panko breadcrumbs4tbsp
Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese4
Boar's Head EverRoast® Chicken Breast4slices
Whole Milk Mozzarella, sliced thick3
Marinara SauceInstructions
- 01Preheat oven to 400°.
- 02Cook spaghetti according to package directions, then drain.
- 03In a small bowl, mix melted butter, panko breadcrumbs and grated Boar's Head parmesan cheese
- 04Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 05Place four individual slices of Boar’s Head EverRoast® Chicken Breast on the baking sheet.
- 06Top each with a slice of Boar’s Head Mozzarella Cheese, then buttered breadcrumbs
- 07Bake in oven for 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and breadcrumbs are golden brown and crisp.
- 08Plate the cooked spaghetti with marinara sauce, then top with chicken.
- 09Garnish with basil, if desired.
- 10Serve and enjoy.
