French Dip Sliders
Create an appetizer worth talking about and just as delightful to dip. Our tender London Broil Roast Beef and mellow Muenster Cheese on a pretzel roll complement the warm au jus in every rich bite.
Ingredients
4tbsp
Butter, divided12
Pretzel rolls, halved1½
French fried onions1lb
Boar's Head London Broil Roast Beef, thinly sliced12
Boar's Head® Muenster Cheese¼tsp
Garlic Powder¼tsp
Coarse salt¼tsp
Dried Parsley4tbsp
Butter1packet
Au jus gravy mix1cup
Cold water1tsp
Worcestershire sauce1tbsp
Sesame Seeds1tbsp
Minced onion1tsp

- 01Header: Sliders
- 02Preheat oven to 350°.
- 03Spread 2 tablespoons of butter on the bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish.
- 04Place the bottom halves of the rolls in the baking dish.
- 05Top with slices of muenster cheese, roast beef, and French-fried onions, then place bun lids on top.
- 06Melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and brush on top of the buns. Sprinkle with garlic powder, coarse salt, pepper and parsley and bake until the cheese melts and the tops are browned, about 10 to 15 minutes.
- 07Once the sliders are warmed and browned, remove from the oven and serve with au jus.
- 08Header: Au Jus
- 09In a small bowl, melt the butter in the microwave.
- 10Mix in the remaining au jus ingredients until well combined, keeping it warm until the sliders are done.
