Prosciutto and Provolone Pizza

Enjoy a brick-oven classic with our Prosciutto and Provolone Pizza. With slices of our buttery Prosciutto di Parma and Provolone Cheese topped with Kalamata olives, fresh basil, and garlic, it's a simple delight that tastes even better when shared.

Flatbread, naan, or pita, garlic flavored

Boar's Head Prosciutto di Parma®, thinly sliced

Boar's Head Provolone Cheese
8each
Kalamata olives, pitted
8leaves
Fresh Basil

Instructions


  1. 01Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. 02 Rub the garlic and 1 teaspoon of the olive oil on the flatbread.
  3. 03Arrange the Prosciutto di Parma and Provolone Cheese, alternating, on the flatbread. Top with the olives and whole basil leaves.
  4. 04Drizzle the remaining olive oil over top and bake for 5 to 7 minutes, until cheese is melted.
