Instructions

  1. 01Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with foil. Place the sliced onion, green bell pepper, and red bell pepper on the baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Toss to coat. Bake for about 15 minutes, or until lightly browned and tender. Remove from the oven and set aside, leaving the oven on.
  2. 02Split the slider rolls and place the bottom halves snugly together in a baking dish or on a parchment-lined sheet tray.
  3. 03Spread Boar's Head® Pub Style Horseradish Sauce evenly on both sides of each slider roll.
  4. 04On the bottom halves, layer Boar's Head® American White Cheese (cut or torn to fit), followed by evenly distributed slices of Boar's Head® London Broil Roast Beef. Top with the roasted onion and pepper mixture, then finish with Boar's Head® 42% Lower Sodium Provolone Cheese (cut or torn to cover all sliders).
  5. 05Place the top halves of the rolls over the filling. Brush the tops with melted butter.
  6. 06Return the sliders to the 400°F oven and bake for about 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the rolls are warmed through.
  7. 07Remove from the oven, separate into individual sliders, serve warm, and enjoy.
