Loaded Wedge Salad

Head of Iceberg Lettuce
½cup
Blue Cheese Dressing
1cup
Cherry Tomatoes, quartered
¼cup
Fresh Chives, chopped

Creamy Blue Cheese Crumbles

Instructions


  1. 01Cook bacon according to package directions. Let cool, then crumble and set aside.
  2. 02Cut the lettuce into quarters, leaving the core to hold the wedges together.
  3. 03Place each lettuce wedge on individual plates and drizzle with dressing.
  4. 04Top with tomatoes and crumbled bacon.
