Corned Beef Melt

Get into the St. Patrick's Day spirit all year long with this scrumptious yet simple sandwich. Classic Corned Beef Top Round, Sweet Vidalia Onions, and creamy Swiss make a craveworthy combo. 



  1. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread. Spread a layer of mustard on the other side of each slice.
  2. Place one slice of bread with the butter side facing down on a skillet and heat over medium heat.
  3. Place the slices of cheese on the bread in the skillet. Top with the slices of corned beef and 1 tbsp of the Vidalia Onions.
  4. Place the other slice of bread on top. Cook each side of the sandwich for a few minutes, flipping to evenly toast and melt the cheese.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
