Pastrami Seasoned Turkey Fritatta

Ingredients

Boar's Head Pastrami Seasoned Turkey Breast, Shredded
8oz
Boar’s Head® Vermont Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
8oz
Boar's Head® Applewood Smoked Bacon, cooked, coarsely chop
4each
Egg
8oz
Whole milk
2each
Tomato, sliced
4oz
Asparagus, blanched and chopped
2tbsp
Italian Flat Leaf Parsley, Fresh, chopped
1tsp
Salt
1tsp
Freshly Cracked Black Pepper

Instructions


  1. 01Preheat oven to 400° F.
  2. 02In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, cheese, salt and pepper.
  3. 03Stir in the turkey, tomato, asparagus and parsley.
  4. 04Pour mixture into a 8x9" greased pan.
  5. 05Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until set and golden brown.
