Pastrami Seasoned Turkey Fritatta

Boar's Head Pastrami Seasoned Turkey Breast, Shredded8oz
Boar’s Head® Vermont Cheddar Cheese, Shredded8oz
Boar's Head® Applewood Smoked Bacon, cooked, coarsely chop4each
Egg8oz
Whole milk2each
Tomato, sliced4oz
Asparagus, blanched and chopped2tbsp
Italian Flat Leaf Parsley, Fresh, chopped1tsp
Salt1tsp
Freshly Cracked Black PepperInstructions
- 01Preheat oven to 400° F.
- 02In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, cheese, salt and pepper.
- 03Stir in the turkey, tomato, asparagus and parsley.
- 04Pour mixture into a 8x9" greased pan.
- 05Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until set and golden brown.
