Fire Roasted Artichoke & Spinach Hummus Crostini

For an impressive appetizer that's ready in minutes, crispy crostini is topped with a flavorful spread of our smooth, savory spinach & artichoke hummus.

Ingredients

French Baguette
3tbsp
Quartered artichoke hearts, plus extra for drizzling
1container
Boar’s Head Fire Roasted Artichoke & Spinach Hummus
2
Quartered artichoke hearts
 
Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions


  1. 01Preheat oven to 400ºF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. 02Slice the baguette diagonally into about 20 ½-inch slices. Brush each side with olive oil then place on the lined baking sheet.
  3. 03Transfer to oven for 10 minutes until crisp and golden. Allow to cool.
  4. 04Spread 2 tablespoons of hummus on each crostini then top with artichoke, a drizzle of olive oil and parsley.
