Red Pastrami Flatbread

Boar’s Head® Goat Cheese, Shredded

Sweet onion, finely diced

Boar's Head® Delicatessen Mustard
6oz
Boar's Head® Mayonnaise

Boar’s Head® Picante Provolone Cheese, Shredded

Italian Flat Leaf Parsley, Fresh, finely chopped
12oz
Hans Jurgen® Garlic Pickles, Whole, coarsely chop, 1/4" dice

Non-stick Cooking Spray

Flatbread, 8"x4"

Instructions


  1. 01Spray a large sauté pan with the cooking spray and sauté the onions over medium high heat until dark and caramelized.
  2. 02Spray 2 large baking sheets with the oil and place the flatbreads on the trays.
  3. 03Mix the mustard and mayonnaise together until well combined.
  4. 04Spread a thin layer of the mixture on the flatbread, leaving a 1/4" margin around the edge of the flatbread.
  5. 05Spread the onion evenly across the flatbread.
  6. 06Spread the pastrami and the provolone evenly over the flatbread.
  7. 07Sprinkle the chopped pickle and the parsley over the cheese and bake in a 375° F oven for 5 to 8 minutes or until the flatbread is golden brown and bubbly.
