Red Pastrami Flatbread
Ingredients

Boar’s Head® Goat Cheese, Shredded2
Sweet onion, finely diced6oz
Boar's Head® Delicatessen Mustard6oz
Boar's Head® Mayonnaise16oz
Boar’s Head® Picante Provolone Cheese, Shredded6oz
Italian Flat Leaf Parsley, Fresh, finely chopped12oz
Hans Jurgen® Garlic Pickles, Whole, coarsely chop, 1/4" dice2oz
Non-stick Cooking Spray8each
Flatbread, 8"x4"Instructions
- 01Spray a large sauté pan with the cooking spray and sauté the onions over medium high heat until dark and caramelized.
- 02Spray 2 large baking sheets with the oil and place the flatbreads on the trays.
- 03Mix the mustard and mayonnaise together until well combined.
- 04Spread a thin layer of the mixture on the flatbread, leaving a 1/4" margin around the edge of the flatbread.
- 05Spread the onion evenly across the flatbread.
- 06Spread the pastrami and the provolone evenly over the flatbread.
- 07Sprinkle the chopped pickle and the parsley over the cheese and bake in a 375° F oven for 5 to 8 minutes or until the flatbread is golden brown and bubbly.
