Ingredients
3oz
Fryer's Deep Fried Turkey Breast , shredded 1oz
Fully Cooked Bacon, chopped 2½oz
Dill Pickle Hummus ½oz
Kosher Dill Pickle Chips , chopped 2½oz
Red Cabbage , shredded 1½oz
Eggs, hard boiled , chopped 4oz
Red Potatoes , roasted, quartered ¼oz
Red Onions , diced ½oz
Celery, sliced⅙oz
Radishes , sliced thin ½tsp
Dill, fresh , chopped 1oz
Apple Cider Vinaigrette , prepared Instructions
- 01Spread hummus in bottom of bowl
- 02In mixing bowl, combine potatoes, cabbage, onions, eggs, celery, and radishes
- 03Place mixture in center of bowl
- 04Top with turkey followed by bacon, pickles, and dill
- 05Serve with Apple Cider Vinaigrette
