- In a mixing bowl, combine lettuce, tomato and cheese, then toss with Caesar dressing until combined.
- Lay the tortilla out on a work surface and top with mixed salad and chicken.
- Fold the edges of the tortilla inward, then take the piece of tortilla closest to you and fold over the middle.
- Roll until fully wrapped.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, add wrap to skillet and heat each side, pressing down slightly with a spatula, until lightly browned.
