- On a clean work surface, slice country loaf in half lengthwise.
- Spread Boar's Head Real Mayonnaise on the bottom half of the bread.
- Layer remaining ingredients in the following order: lettuce, Ovengold Turkey, Branded Deluxe Ham, EverRoast Chicken, Provolone and sliced tomatoes.
- Crown with the remaining half of bread.
- Slice into quarters and serve.
