FireSmith Flame Grilled Chicken & Avocado Caprese Salad
- Place diced avocado (frozen recommended) into a bowl with lemon juice, cover for 3-5 minutes, then drain.
- In a mixing bowl, add diced avocado, mozzarella, tomatoes, shredded chicken, deli dressing and salt and pepper. Mix all ingredients together.
- In a serving bowl or plate, add arugula and top with the chicken salad mixture.
- Drizzle balsamic glaze over the salad.
- Place lid on container and serve.
