  1. Toast each slice of bread.
  2. Spread mayonnaise on one slice of toast. Top with two tomato slices, one lettuce leaf, half the avocado, cheese, and half the chicken.
  3. Spread mayonnaise on the next slice of toast, laying it mayo-side up on top of the chicken.
  4. Repeat step two, this time, replacing cheese with bacon.
  5. Spread mayonnaise on the last slice and place mayo-side down.
  6. Cut the sandwich in half or into quarters, securing each slice with a frill pick.
