A summertime side that comes with a kick, this street-corn inspired salad is tossed with Bold Fiery Chipotle Gourmaise, Parmigiano Reggiano and Feta Cheese to bring bright, zesty and refreshing flavor to your next cookout.
Grill corn over medium heat until tender and slightly charred, about 10 minutes. Remove kernels from each cob and transfer to a serving bowl.
Add onion, pepper and Gourmaise to the bowl and stir to combine. Add the lime juice, cheese and cilantro and toss lightly to combine.
