French Dip Sliders

Create an appetizer worth talking about and just as delightful to dip. Our tender London Broil Roast Beef and mellow Muenster Cheese on a pretzel roll complement the warm au jus in every rich bite.

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Spread 2 tablespoons of butter on the bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish.
  3. Place the bottom halves of the rolls in the baking dish.
  4. Top with slices of muenster cheese, roast beef, and French-fried onions, then place bun lids on top.
  5. Melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and brush on top of the buns. Sprinkle with garlic powder, coarse salt, pepper and parsley and bake until the cheese melts and the tops are browned, about 10 to 15 minutes.
  6. Once the sliders are warmed and browned, remove from the oven and serve with au jus.

Au Jus

  1. In a small bowl, melt the butter in the microwave.
  2. Mix in the remaining au jus ingredients until well combined, keeping it warm until the sliders are done.
