SmokeMaster Black Forest Ham and Imported Switzerland Swiss Crostini

This masterful flavor pairing combines rich and smoky with creamy and nutty, making a delicious appetizer for any occasion. 



  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Slice baguette into ½ inch slices, brush with olive oil on both sides and bake on ungreased baking sheet for 10-12 minutes. Begin preparing the sautéed spinach.
  3. Drizzle olive oil into a pan over medium heat. Place spinach into pan and saute until soft.
  4. Layer crostini pieces with spinach, Swiss Cheese, Ham, then another layer of Swiss Cheese.
  5. Place under hot grill, watching closely for the Cheese to melt.
  6. Remove from grill and garnish the top of each crostini with fresh basil.
