PitCraft® Party Nachos
Loaded with classic Colby cheese, smoked turkey, and southwest-inspired favorites like jalapeño, cilantro and lime, these nachos are sure to spice things up.
Ingredients
12oz
Tortilla chips8oz
Bold PitCraft® Slow Smoked Turkey Breast, cubed10oz
Boar's Head Colby Jack Cheese, shredded1cup
Cherry tomatoes, diced¼cup
Red Onion, diced1
Baby Red and Yellow Peppers, thinly sliced1
Green onion, chopped1
Avocado, halved and sliced for topping½cup
Sour creamInstructions
- 01Preheat the oven to 400°F. Lightly oil a baking sheet or coat with nonstick spray.
- 02Place tortilla chips in a single layer onto the prepared baking sheet. Top with the turkey and cheese until the tortilla chips are well covered.
- 03Place into the oven and bake until heated through and the cheese has melted, about 5-6 minutes.
- 04Top with tomato, onion, jalapeño, green onion, avocado slices, lime and cilantro and serve with a side of sour cream.
