PitCraft® Party Nachos

Loaded with classic Colby cheese, smoked turkey, and southwest-inspired favorites like jalapeño, cilantro and lime, these nachos are sure to spice things up.

Ingredients


12oz
Tortilla chips
8oz
Bold PitCraft® Slow Smoked Turkey Breast, cubed
10oz
Boar's Head Colby Jack Cheese, shredded
1cup
Cherry tomatoes, diced
¼cup
Red Onion, diced
1
Baby Red and Yellow Peppers, thinly sliced
1
Green onion, chopped
1
Avocado, halved and sliced for topping
 
Lime wedges, for topping
 
Cilantro, for topping
½cup
Sour cream

Instructions


  1. 01Preheat the oven to 400°F. Lightly oil a baking sheet or coat with nonstick spray.
  2. 02Place tortilla chips in a single layer onto the prepared baking sheet. Top with the turkey and cheese until the tortilla chips are well covered.
  3. 03Place into the oven and bake until heated through and the cheese has melted, about 5-6 minutes.
  4. 04Top with tomato, onion, jalapeño, green onion, avocado slices, lime and cilantro and serve with a side of sour cream.
