Chipotle Chicken and Greens Salad
Ingredients
3oz
Boar's Head Bold® Chipotle Chicken, julienne2oz
Boar’s Head® Jalapeño Pepper Jack Cheese, shredded2oz
Romaine, chopped2oz
Kale, Fresh, finely chopped1oz
Garlic, fresh, shredded2oz
Avocado , sliced1oz
Roasted Corn1oz
Grape tomatoes, halved1oz
Header, Chipotle Honey Vinaigrette6tbsp
Red wine vinegar½tsp
Oregano½tsp
Black pepper2each
Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce2
Garlic clove¾cup
Grapeseed oilInstructions
- 01Combine all the ingredients except the chicken in a medium mixing bowl.
- 02Gently toss with the chipotle vinaigrette and serve on a chilled salad plate.
- 03Place the chicken evenly over the top.
- 04Chipotle Vinaigrette
- 05Combine all ingredients in a blender or small food processor and blend until well combined. Serve Immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
