Bold Madrasala® Curry Chicken Breast, Julienne

Boar's Head® Gouda Cheese, shredded
4oz
Quinoa, cooked
3oz
Baby Spinach, Fresh, cleaned and stemmed
1oz
Green Onion or Scallion, finely chopped
1oz
Avocado , sliced
1oz
Roasted tomato, diced
1oz
Almonds, toasted
1oz
Mango Vinaigrette

Instructions


  1. 01Place the quinoa in the bottom of the bowl.
  2. 02Layer with the chicken, spinach, avocado, roasted tomatoes, scallions, gouda cheese and toasted almonds.
  3. 03Drizzle the mango vinaigrette.
