Madrasala Curry Chicken Meatballs
Ingredients
1lb
Bold Madrasala® Curry Chicken Breast, finely minced3each
Garlic clove, finely minced1bunch
Cilantro, finely chopped2each
Egg, beatenInstructions
- 01Combine all the ingredients in a food processor.
- 02Pulse several times to allow the mixture to combine.
- 03Tip into a bowl and using your hands to gently mix everything together.
- 04Make meatballs using approximately one tablespoon of the mixture.
- 05Roll them into smooth balls.
- 06Repeat until all mixture is used.
- 07To cook, heat a small amount of oil in a medium sauté pan and cook for 3 minutes before turning and cooking for 3 more minutes.
- 08Serve warm.
