Madrasala Curry Chicken Meatballs

Ingredients


1lb
Bold Madrasala® Curry Chicken Breast, finely minced
3each
Garlic clove, finely minced
1bunch
Cilantro, finely chopped
2each
Egg, beaten

Instructions


  1. 01Combine all the ingredients in a food processor.
  2. 02Pulse several times to allow the mixture to combine.
  3. 03Tip into a bowl and using your hands to gently mix everything together.
  4. 04Make meatballs using approximately one tablespoon of the mixture.
  5. 05Roll them into smooth balls.
  6. 06Repeat until all mixture is used.
  7. 07To cook, heat a small amount of oil in a medium sauté pan and cook for 3 minutes before turning and cooking for 3 more minutes.
  8. 08Serve warm.
