Ovengold® Thanksgiving Sandwich
Enjoy Thanksgiving all year-round.
Ingredients

Garlic clove, minced2tbsp
Olive Oil¼cup
Baby spinach2slices
Cranberry walnut bread2tbsp
Boar's Head® Honey Mustard2slices
Boar's Head Fontina Cheese4slices
Boar's Head Ovengold® Turkey Breast4tbsp
Cranberry spreadInstructions
- 01Over low heat, sauté one clove of minced garlic in olive oil until tender.
- 02Add spinach and toss until wilted.
- 03On a clean surface, place the bread slices next to each other.
- 04Spread 2 tbsp. of mustard on one slice and Pile on the spinach mixture, Fontina cheese, and turkey breast.
- 05On the other slice of bread, top with 4 tbsp. of Cranberry spread and crown sandwich.
