Italian Chicken Sausage & Prosciutto Pizza

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. On a lightly-floured work surface, roll out the dough into a 16" circle and place on a pizza stone or greased baking sheet.
  2. Drizzle dough with olive oil, then spread the tomato sauce over the dough, leaving an edge for the crust.
  3. Top with chicken sausage coins, red peppers, a sprinkle of thyme, then break over pieces of fresh mozzarella.
  4. Bake for 10-15 minutes until the dough is golden brown and cheese is melted.
  5. Top with fresh slices of prosciutto and serve.
