London Broil Roast Beef Sandwich with Pub Style Horseradish

From crisp russet potatoes to tender beef and the kick of horseradish, this recipe turns a meat-and-potatoes meal into an unforgettable pub-style sandwich.

  1. In a small bowl, toss potato slices in olive oil. Spread on a small baking sheet and bake at 400ºF for about 20 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  2. Preheat broiler. Slice the onion roll in half and place on a baking sheet, sliced sides up. Broil for 1 minute, until lightly toasted.
  3. Spread 1 tbsp of horseradish sauce on the sliced sides of the roll.
  4. On the bottom slice, layer one slice of cheese, the roast beef and the remaining slice of cheese on top. Place under the broiler until the cheese starts to melt.
  5. Top with potatoes, pickle chips, arugula and sliced radish, then crown with the top half of the bun.
