Smoked Gouda Mac & Cheese

All Purpose Flour

Heavy cream
2cups
Milk
8oz
Boar's Head Vermont Cheddar Cheese
8oz
Boar's Head Smoked Gouda
4oz
Whole Milk Mozzarella
4slices
Butcher Craft® Thick Cut Naturally Smoked Bacon, chopped
1tsp
Kosher Salt
1tsp
Black pepper
1tsp
Hot sauce
1lb
Rigatoni noodles, cooked al dente

Instructions


  1. 01Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
  2. 02Melt the butter in a large saucepan over medium high heat. Add the flour and whisk to combine. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
  3. 03Slowly whisk in the heavy cream and milk. Continue to whisk periodically until thick, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. 04Remove the pan from the heat.
  5. 05Add the Cheddar, Smoked Gouda, Mozzarella cheese, Bacon, salt, pepper and hot sauce to the pan and stir until melted.
  6. 06Add the cooked pasta; stir to combine with the cheese mixture.
  7. 07Pour the Mac & Cheese into an ovenproof baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes.
