Smoked Gouda Mac & Cheese

All Purpose Flour2cups
Heavy cream2cups
Milk8oz
Boar's Head Vermont Cheddar Cheese8oz
Boar's Head Smoked Gouda4oz
Whole Milk Mozzarella4slices
Butcher Craft® Thick Cut Naturally Smoked Bacon, chopped1tsp
Kosher Salt1tsp
Black pepper1tsp
Hot sauce1lb
Rigatoni noodles, cooked al denteInstructions
- 01Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
- 02Melt the butter in a large saucepan over medium high heat. Add the flour and whisk to combine. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
- 03Slowly whisk in the heavy cream and milk. Continue to whisk periodically until thick, about 5-7 minutes.
- 04Remove the pan from the heat.
- 05Add the Cheddar, Smoked Gouda, Mozzarella cheese, Bacon, salt, pepper and hot sauce to the pan and stir until melted.
- 06Add the cooked pasta; stir to combine with the cheese mixture.
- 07Pour the Mac & Cheese into an ovenproof baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes.
