Italian Grinder Sandwich
For today’s lunch, treat yourself to a savory Italian-style sub without leaving the house. It’s easy to create this deli-counter favorite in your own kitchen with the help of Boar’s Head® meats and cheeses.
Instructions
- Place lettuce, red onion, banana peppers and dill pickles on a cutting board then chop until diced and well-combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl. Add the mayonnaise, deli dressing, and salt & pepper. Toss and mix well to coat the mixture.
- Fill the hoagie roll with the mixture, then top with slices of meat and cheese.
