Bold BourbonRidge Uncured Smoked Ham and Cheddar Biscuits with Fig Jam
BourbonRidge®Uncured Smoked Ham pairs perfectly with a mildly sweet fig jam and Sharp Wisconsin Cheddar for an unexpected twist on a breakfast classic.
- Preheat broiler to 525° F.
- Spread room temperature butter over biscuit halves.
- Broil biscuit halves until butter melts and biscuits brown at edges, about 1 minute.
- Remove biscuits from broiler, keeping broiler on.
- Spread the bottom halves of biscuits with fig jam.
- Top each of the bottom halves with slices of ham, then 1 slice of cheese.
- If desired, broil until cheese is melted and ham is heated, about 1 minute.
- Cover with biscuit tops.
