Mediterranean Nachos

Crafted with our creamy Tzatziki Greek Yogurt Dip and Traditional Hummus, this Mediterranean-inspired take on classic nachos brings a light, crisp bite that’s reminiscent of cruising the open waters of the Mediterranean.

Ingredients

Pita pockets, sliced into triangles
2tbsp
Olive Oil
½cup
Boar's Head Brand® Traditional Hummus
¼cup
Tzatziki Greek Yogurt Dip
½cup
Cucumber, diced
½cup
Tomatoes, diced
¼cup
Red Onion, diced
½cup
Crumbled Feta Cheese
¼cup
Banana peppers, sliced
¼cup
Kalamata olives, pitted
 
Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions


  1. 01Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. 02In a small bowl, toss the pita triangles with olive oil to coat evenly.
  3. 03Spread the coated pita triangles on a baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes, then toss to bake on the other side for 5–7 more minutes, until the pita is crisp and slightly browned.
  4. 04Transfer the baked pita triangles to a serving tray or platter and place dollops of hummus and tzatziki on top.
  5. 05Sprinkle on the diced cucumber, tomatoes and red onion; followed by feta, banana peppers and Kalamata olives.
  6. 06Garnish with parsley and serve.
