Holiday Sandwich Board

Celebrate the season with this choose-your-own board! An array of flavorful Boar’s Head® meats, cheeses, and condiments lets everyone customize their perfect sandwich.

Ingredients

London Broil Top Round Roast Beef, thinly sliced

Brown Sugar & Spice Delight® Off the Bone Ham, thinly sliced

Uncured Genoa Salame, folded or rolled

Blanc Grue® Gruyere Cheese
6oz
43% Lower Sodium Provolone Cheese, sliced

Colby Jack Cheese, sliced
 
Herb Marinated Mozarella Recipe, recipe on website

Kosher Dill Pickle Chips

54% Lower Sodium Yellow Mustard

Garlic Aioli Gourmaise® Spread

Marinated Sweet Peppers, optional

Instructions


  1. 01Arrange the London Broil Top Round Roast Beef, Brown Sugar & Spice Delight® Off the Bone Ham, and Genoa Salami in separate sections of a large serving board or platter. Fold or roll slices for visual appeal.
  2. 02Fan out the Blanc Grue® Gruyere Cheese, 43% Lower Sodium Provolone Cheese, and Colby Jack Cheese in overlapping layers.
  3. 03Spoon the 54% Lower Sodium Yellow Mustard and Garlic Aioli Gourmaise® Spread into small serving bowls.
  4. 04Add Kosher Dill Pickle Chips, marinated sweet peppers, caramelized onions, and roasted garlic (optional) to the board in small bowls or loose clusters.
  5. 05Slice the rolls or baguette into 1-inch pieces and place on the board or in a basket on the side. Add a handful of fresh arugula or fresh greens for a pop of color and freshness.
  6. 06Garnish with fresh herbs.
  7. 07Serve immediately with small tongs or forks for assembling.
