Bold Madrasala Curry Chicken Naan Sandwich

The sweetness of chutney balances beautifully with the gentle heat of Bold Madrasala Curry Chicken in this delicious sandwich made with naan— a traditional Indian bread made in a Tandoor oven.



  1. Preheat oven to 400° F.
  2. Brush the top of the naan bread with olive oil, place on a baking sheet and transfer to the oven.
  3. Bake until toasted and slightly crisp, about 6 minutes, then remove and allow to cool slightly.
  4. Slice the naan in half cross-wise and spread 1 tbsp of chutney on one side of each slice.
  5. Stack the following ingredients in order on the first slice of naan: spinach, Manchego Cheese, chicken slices, red onion.
  6. Finish by topping off with the remaining naan slice, chutney side down.
