California Club Sandwich
Piled high with Boar’s Head Ovengold Turkey, EverRoast Chicken, Branded Deluxe Ham and American Cheese, this California club is sure to satisfy at lunch time, or any time.

Instructions
- Toast the bread slices in toaster until light golden brown. Set aside to cool completely.
- Mix together 2 tablespoons of Boar’s Head Real Mayonnaise with 2 tablespoons of Boar’s Head Deli Mustard.
- For the first layer of the sandwich, spread 2 pieces of toasted bread with half of the Mayonnaise and Deli mustard mixture. On one piece of the toasted bread, layer in order the tomato, lettuce, Ovengold Turkey and American Cheese. Top with a second piece of toasted bread.
- For the second layer of the sandwich, spread 2 pieces of toasted bread with the remaining half of the Boar’s Head Mayonnaise and Deli mustard mixture. On one piece of the toasted bread, layer in order the lettuce, Deluxe Ham, EverRoast Chicken and Avocado. Top with a second piece of toasted bread.
- Cut the sandwich in half (on the diagonal) then again in fourths, to create classic club sandwich triangles.
