No-Bake Dark Chocolate Hummus Bites

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, set aside.
  2. Add peanut butter and dark chocolate hummus to a bowl and fold to combine. Gradually add in almond flour until dough begins to form.
  3. Using a small scoop, form the dough into 1-inch round balls, then roll into toppings as desired.
  4. Place the hummus bites on the lined baking sheet and freeze for 20 minutes until hardened. Store in an airtight container.
