BourbonRidge Uncured Smoked Ham & Brie Sandwich with Apple

With creamy French Brie Cheese, smoky yet sweet ham, crisp apples and savory caramelized onions, this dish is a true lunch or brunch-time treat. 




  1. Add butter and olive oil to a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and a pinch of salt. Stir the onions frequently until they turn golden brown. Set aside.
  2. Preheat panini press to medium-high. Spread caramelized onions evenly over bottom half of bun. Top with arugula, Ham, apple and Brie; cap with top half of bun.
  3. Grill in panini press according to manufacturers directions until bread is golden brown, filling is heated through and cheese is melted. Cut in half; serve immediately.
